About Carina Biotech
Carina Biotech is a spin-out company from the CRC for Cell Therapy Manufacturing (CTM@CRC Ltd). Carina serves as an IP development and commercialisation vehicle for T-cell immunotherapy related technologies, in particular, chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) technologies.
Carina seeks to:
- Expand the clinical indications for T cell therapiesby developing new CAR-T cells for solid tumours, including paediatric cancers
- Improve the commercial viability of T cell therapies by developing supporting technologies that make T cell therapies more effective or economically viable
