The Updated MTPConnect Sector Competitiveness Plan (SCP) is now available for review.
Released earlier in the year, the update builds on the original SCP released in 2016 which detailed the seven Sector Growth Priorities.
MTPConnect CEO Dr Dan Grant says the update outlines achievements to date in addressing those growth priorities.
“Our impact has been especially demonstrated in the funding of 35 Project Fund Program recipients with over $15 million for initiatives supporting the MTP sector,” Dr Grant says.
“MTPConnect has worked hard to forge stronger connections between research and industry, address knowledge gaps and support extensive networking and engagement.
"We have led international delegations to the U.S. and China to support Australian companies to connect globally and create opportunities for investment.
“As we continue to champion a coordinated, sector-led approach, our focus remains on helping the sector drive greater commercialisation success and create more products that reach proof-of-concept and early stage commercialisation.”
MTPConnect encourages you to take a look at our updated SCP and we look forward to continuing to work with you in executing the plan for the continued growth of our sector.
