Introducing Dr Meghana Kulkarni Project Manager AAMRNet

MTPConnect is pleased to announce the appointment of Meghana Kulkarni as project manager with our Australian Antimicrobial Resistance Network, AAMRNet.

Meghana will be based in Melbourne, working closely with AAMRNet co-Chair Andrew Bowskill who is our Director of Stakeholder Engagement for Queensland.

Meghana has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and recently completed a Masters of Biomedical and Health Sciences at Monash University.

She joins the MTPConnect team after completing a two-month internship as Associate Project Manager working across our Biomedical Translation Bridge program and our Targeted Translational Research Accelerator program.

AAMRNet, established by MTPConnect in September 2020, is a network of key AMR stakeholders working together to support and promote Australia’s role in the global fight against the growing threat of drug resistant infections through a coordinated set of activities on research and development, regulation, commercialisation, surveillance and stewardship.
