Applications are now open for the 2022 intake of GSK Australia's Graduate Researcher Program.

The GSK Graduate Researcher Program is an Australian government-funded, industry-hosted initiative developed to help bridge the gap between industry and research.

This is the second year of the program which is supported by MTPConnect’s Researcher Exchange and Development within Industry (REDI) initiative funded by the MRFF.

The paid 12-month work placement program is available to PhD graduates or post doc researchers. The aim of the program is to provide interns with a diverse range of development opportunities, experiences and exposure with a view to improving Australia’s success in terms of translation and commercialisation of health and medical research; and expanding the capacity and capability.

PhD graduates and postdoc researchers can apply to join the 2022 intake which runs from January 2022 - January 2023.

To find out more about the program make sure to listen in to the MTPConnect Podcast episode, 'Improving Workforce Skills: How the GSK Australia Graduate Researcher Program is Making a Difference' to hear from one of the current Researchers selected for the first cohort in 2020, Abraham Daniel, about their experience on the program.
