Introducing Dr Michelle Lam - Senior Program Manager, Clinical Translation and Commercialisation – MedTech (CTCM) Program

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Michelle Lam as the Senior Program Manager, Clinical Translation and Commercialisation – MedTech (CTCM) Program.

Michelle will be based in the Melbourne office working closely with the CTCM Program’s Director Danielle Shand and Associate Program Manager Kevin Rajasekaran.

The CTCM program is supporting the commercialisation of home-grown products by empowering SMEs to transform their ideas into life-changing devices. Michelle will be managing funded projects and a range of activities and events.

Michelle has extensive experience in research support which has seen her provide project and operational management in both basic and clinical research settings at Monash University, WEHI (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research) and most recently, at The University of Melbourne’s Department of Surgery as a Centre Manager for Research Excellence in Total Joint Replacement.

Michelle holds PhD in Pharmacology and Physiology at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Monash University) and received a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science to study abroad.
