The WILD Program Opens for Applications

WILD Women is a social enterprise, established in 2018 by STEM women for STEM women, to provide tangible solutions to address the lack of diversity in leadership.
WILD Women’s premier program, the WILD Program™, provides STEM women leaders with the necessary qualifications, skills and confidence to achieve career momentum and attain senior leadership roles, particularly company directorships.
The Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Program for 2023 is now open for applications until Sunday 14 August 2022, 17:00 AEST.
The WILD Program™ is a year-long, fully-funded, highly valuable and competitive program offering eligible women in STEM with unique opportunities to propel their careers.
The Program benefits include:
- AICD Company Directors Course
- Two-day Leadership Retreat
- Board Observership Experience
- Access to WILD Masterclasses and Community Events
- Access to the WILD Alumni Network
