Customa Pty Ltd is a medical technology company that has developed a bespoke stoma seal. 

Stomas created are unique in each patient. 

With recent progress made in additive manufacturing techniques, rapid prototyping software and biopolymer technology; our research efforts have led to the development of a workflow to produce 3D-printed patient-matched stomal seals that are tailored to the unique topographic characteristics of a patient's stoma. 

This is especially relevant in stomas which are at higher risk of leakage: retracted, excoriated, ridged, scarred, within skinfolds, etc. 

Our aim is to reduce or eliminate leakage and improve the quality of life of ostomates.
