Wrays Consortium

The Commercialisation Framework Supporting Biomedical Outcomes  

Wrays is developing a competency framework across the different stages of the MTP value chain, providing a resource for early-stage companies and SMEs to develop, access and/or manage the range of skill sets. Wrays will present several sessions (online and/or as face-to-face training), for starts-ups, SMEs and TTO (technology transfer offices) to enable them to use the frameworks to grow and develop their business. Sessions on how to use the framework are scheduled around Australia from mid-2022.

Life Sciences Western Australia (LSWA) 

LSWA Investment Series

LSWA is collaborating with experienced life science professionals including the MTPConnect WA Life Sciences Innovation Hub and ANDHealth to deliver a series of workshops and presentations, and to provide a Reference Guide about commercialisation of digital health, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.  

Starting mid-2022, the program will run for 12 months and is open to all investors seeking to increase their knowledge of this growing sector.

The matched funding component of this grant is supported by X-TEND WA program grant, supported by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation and part of the New Industries Fund.

MTPConnect REDI

Investor Series

MTPConnect’s REDI initiative is delivering a series of workshops to encourage investment into the MTP sector. The half-day workshops aim to improve investor’s knowledge about the benefits and risks in investing in MTP companies and to facilitate better assessment of opportunities. It is open to all investors seeking to increase their knowledge of the MTP sector.  

Sessions are scheduled for NSW, VIC, and SA from mid-July 2022.
