ARCS 

Clinical trial design to meet regulatory and payer needs – medical devices  

ARCS Australia is offering a 5-day workshop for Australian MTP start-ups / small-to-medium enterprise (SMEs) developing medical devices. These workshops will provide practical education on incorporating regulatory and reimbursement needs for both domestic and international markets into the development plans to facilitate potential earlier market access of medical devices. These workshops provide access to a faculty of skilled and experienced trainers and practitioners.  

Anticipated Course date: August 2021

Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) SKILLED internship programs 

The VCCC has established two clinical trial internships to provide a pathway for science graduates to into the highly competitive clinical trials field. The 40-week program includes a 38-week placement and competency-based training in metro and/or regional locations to build role-specific clinical trial knowledge, experience and skills. Recruitment opens September/October each year. The program commences in February of the following year.  

Study Coordinator SKILLED internship program entry level is PhD science graduates.  

Clinical Trial Assistant SKILLED internship program entry level is Honours science graduates and above.
