Training includes Good Clinical Practice, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and the skills that will enable these new entrants to succeed in this highly challenging but rewarding career.

The first cohort of the program will start in July 2022.
CRA Supervisor Train-the-Trainer Program
Supervisors of CRAs need to engage with and support trainees to learn the role of a CRA. They will need to understand how adults learn, how to create a positive learning environment, and be able to apply different techniques including coaching and mentoring to enhance the learning experience.
