Atlantis Healthcare develops and delivers programs to support individual self-engagement and self-management of health. We provide this via our core health psychology capability, and deliver targeted, evidenced-based services via community-based and call centre nurse teams, and digital and print media. We also provide patient management platforms to specialist health centres to help healthcare providers and their patients navigate complex health pathways. Our outcomes include significant improvements in engagement and self-management, improved understanding and confidence amongst health consumers, and gains in adherence and persistence to individuals' health plans.
