About the Event

You will hear from three of The Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) partners on various aspects of developing successful medical technologies and devices such as importance of design (industrial, architectural, communication), working at the interface between academia and industry, and the experiences of a medical technology start-up company.

Our colleagues at the VMH will also share how they are helping to address key industry skills gaps through targeted training programs, supporting the continued development of our sector.

There will be opportunities to speak with the researchers and view the exhibits during the networking session.
