About the Event

MTPConnect is delivering the $19.75 million Clinical Translation and Commercialisation - Medtech (CTCM) program for medical devices, supported by the MRFF. The CTCM program is providing funding for projects that are focused on the development of a medical device for human use, the purpose of which is to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat or alleviate a disease or injury, or modify or monitor anatomy or physiological functions of the body.

The CTCM program is now calling for round one Expressions of Interest (EOI) to fund eligible Australian small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to boost commercialisation of home-grown medical products.

CTCM projects will be funded for between $250,000-$1,500,000 for a maximum of 24 months. Applicants will also be required to provide a cash co-contribution to the value of 50 percent of the CTCM funding request to be eligible.

Guidelines & application information can be found on the CTCM webpage at www.mtpconnect.org.au/programs/ctcm. Submissions close on Friday 11 March 2022 at 16:00 AEDT.

MTPConnect's Director of Stakeholder Engagement (NSW & ACT), Dr Duncan Macinnis, will facilitate the panel discussion with the CTCM Partners:
• MTAA - Chief Executive Officer, Ian Burgess
• MDPP - MedTech Venture Case Manager, Dr Andrew Milligan
