MTPConnect is an independent, not-for-profit organisation formed in 2015 by the Australian Government to champion the continuing growth of Australia's vibrant medical products sector, which includes medical technologies, biotechnologies and pharmaceuticals. 

MTPConnect is an independent and trusted voice, supporting the sector. It fosters collaboration and competition, aggregates existing knowledge and shares it with the broader sector. It also jointly funds projects that address the Sector Growth Priorities and the constraints and gaps identified in the sector.

The MTPConnect Head Office is located at Level 1, Suite 1.01, 250 Bay Street, Brighton, Victoria. MTPConnect has established key hubs at the University of Adelaide in Adelaide within Adelaide BioMed City, the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research in Perth and the Translational Research Institute in Brisbane. 

The MTPConnect Board is led by Hon Jaala Pulford and includes other respected industry leaders.
