Global R&D Pty Ltd, a Registered R&D Tax services firm, was founded by Dr Pavel Reddy, who has over 14 years’ experience specialising in R&D tax claims. Our dedicated team has your best interests at heart, the best results possible, both by being innovative and compliant. Our Principal and Founder, Dr Pavel Reddy holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and has lectured at three different tertiary institutions over a period of 18 years, simultaneously undertaking both personal and collaborative research in South Africa. This research culminated in the publication of multiple peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals, and presentations at several international conferences.

On leaving academia, Dr Pavel Reddy registered with the Australian Tax Practitioners Board. Dr Pavel Reddy began his R&D Tax career at EY Australia, then Michael Johnson Associates, and now is the Founder of his own firm, Global R&D Pty Ltd.

Dr Reddy combines his extensive teaching and research experience with his knowledge of Research and Development Tax and the associated law, and enjoys bringing this unique combination of skills to the R&D Tax arena. He is passionate about working with companies across a diverse range of industries. These companies range from small start-ups to listed multi-nationals.

He has been effective at establishing relationships with various stakeholders within companies to prepare and lodge R&D Tax Incentive claims that deliver maximum benefit to these companies within Australia.

More recently, he has had many opportunities to engage with many global entities – ranging from government departments, incubators and accelerators, and tech companies across multiple sectors. These are across the USA, China, UK, EU, Singapore, and South Korea.

His consulting experience spans many industry sectors, including Life Sciences, IT, Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

Dr Reddy also mentors young people in STEMM and start-up and innovators across a range of industries globally.
