INVITATION - BUSINESS INSIGHTS SERIES: VALUATION

WA Life Sciences Innovation Hub in conjunction with Moore Australia (WA) are hosting a series of Business Insights events to help you establish and grow your business.

Following the success of our inaugural event in March 2023, we are excited to invite you to the second event in the series on Thursday 24 August 2023.

Corporate Finance Director and valuation specialist, Peter Gray, will guide you through a case study on the valuation process and how it applies to valuing early-stage innovation companies. The case study will be interactive and will include an analysis of recent valuations observed in the market.

This will be followed by a discussion with investors who will share their insights on issues to consider when valuing a company for investment.

With over 20 years’ experience in capital markets and corporate finance, Peter’s expertise covers the entire corporate finance and capital markets sector. With his years spent providing investment advice to a range of sophisticated and institutional investors, Peter has built an envious platform to deliver capital markets advice and M&A advisory services across a range of sectors.

Davide Costanzo, Director, Tax and Business Advisory, Moore Australia

Davide has been practising tax for over 20 years. His expertise is in tax consulting and tax compliance for SME business and corporate clients both locally and internationally. His work has required a comprehensive knowledge of taxation, accounting and commercial matters.

Dr James Williams, Director, Yuuwa Pty Ltd

James has been starting, running, financing and exiting life sciences companies for more than 20 years. During this time, he has accumulated extensive first-hand experience navigating all aspects of public and private capital markets.
