About the Event
As part of the 2025 launch of the Women in Leadership Mentoring Program, MTAA invites members and the wider MedTech community to hear from previous mentors and mentees of the Program. Individuals will share their advice and tips on how to facilitate a successful mentoring relationship, the importance of encouraging and empowering mentees in their development, goal setting and accountability and much more.
The 1.5-hour session will be followed by Q&As and networking afterwards with tea, coffee and nibbles included.
