Board-level experiences on offer through unique MTPConnect program

Emerging leaders in the medtech, biotech or pharmaceutical sector are being offered the chance to gain board-level experience through a unique new program offered by MTPConnect.
Expressions of interest are now open for candidates to join MTPConnect as a Guest of the Chair.
As Guest of the Chair, over a six-month period, you will participate in MTPConnect Board meetings and activities with the aim of broadening your understanding and knowledge of how boards operate, including corporate and not-for-profit governance.
MTPConnect’s Board also hopes to gain new perspectives from you and learn about the challenges and opportunities you face as an emerging leader in the MTP sector.
The ideal candidate for the position of Guest of the Chair will be an emerging leader in the MTP sector who has:
- Not previously had board or CEO experience;
- A strong interest in corporate governance;
- An international focus; and
- Working knowledge and experience from within the MTP sector
While the successful candidate will have the opportunity to attend Board meetings and engage with the chair, directors and senior MTPConnect management, the Guest of the Chair does not assume the status of a director.
