Pathology Technology Australia has developed a range of new education courses as part of the PTA Academy, for the Australian In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) community.

Their TGA training courses cover a broad spectrum of topics, making it easy for both newcomers and seasoned professionals to grasp the essentials. From dissecting the structure of the TGA to decoding the mysteries of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) devices, the courses offer a clear roadmap through the regulatory landscape. Key definitions, the role of sponsors, ARTG (Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods) entries, manufacturer responsibilities, quality management systems (QMS), conformity assessment, and review pathways are just a few of the vital areas to be explored.

Coming up, Michelle McNiven, (former TGA Director), will deliver a three-day Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Training session in Sydney in November - register now!

The aim is to bridge the knowledge gap and deepen skillsets for businesses in the IVD field, while simplifying the complexities of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

The TGA Training will be conducted exclusively face-to-face at the Macquarie Park University Executive Centre with the introductory session from the 14th to the 15th of November 2023, and the Intermediate session held on the 16th of November.
